With over a decade of experience in international process development and people management within the pharmaceutical industry, I have had the privilege of leading diverse, multi-cultural teams and managing complex global projects. Prior to my career in pharmaceuticals, I spent another decade in the packaging industry, holding various roles in end-to-end manufacturing site operations.

My focus has consistently been on enhancing quality, improving productivity, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Among my key accomplishments are building and managing cross-functional global teams from scratch, successfully developing strategies for artworks and packaging in divestitures, acquisitions, and product launches, and implementing standardized processes that promote efficiency and consistency.
